"Frodo was now safe in the Last Homely House east of the Sea. That house was, as Bilbo had long ago reported, 'a perfect house, whether you like food or sleep or story-telling or singing, or just sitting and thinking best, or a pleasant mixture of them all'. Merely to be there was a cure for weariness, fear, and sadness."

The Imladris Resting Place functions like a combination between a Well and a Heroic Statue, passively healing nearby allies and heroes and granting them +20% armor and damage. The bonus persists for 30 seconds after allies leave the vicinity of the structure.

Resting place passive The Resting Place serves as a support structure, healing and boosting allied troops. It also provides a reduction to the cost of heroes up to 30% in this manner:

  • 2 Resting Places: 10%
  • 3 Resting Places: 20%
  • 4 Resting Places: 30%

The Resting Place is an especially useful building since it both heals and grants a leadership bonus. Building one at a key outpost could be very useful as you both defend it and attack from it.
